Anger

A garden made of love and grace
His hands uncover her crimson face
Fury ends all her worries
Carefully planned, time fuels her hurries

Melancholy, short of describing his sorrow
From where, must he find the strength to borrow
All her hopes for rapture goes
Where only her troubled soul will know

A rose for him, she feels relief
A rose for her, his tears of grief

Joy

On this day I wish you...
shining sunlight
warm winds
life-long friendship
wonderful new beginnings
I wish you laughter in your dreams
blooming flowers in every scene

Through your lives I wish you
silver moons
peace from above
a beautiful family...
most of all I wish you love

Grief

I once saw trees bend in the breeze
Fall had come to claim their leaves
As they fell, they shared their glory
Brilliant color that told their story

The trees embrace the earth and sun
Branches sway and move as one
A symphony of life to all who witness
A prelude to winters chilling quickness

Though they fall and color may wane
Their place in my life will always remain
I will forever remember to fill my heart
Each time trees wave and leaves depart
